By braiding 8 leather cords, each 3.5mm wide, it achieves a moderate thickness and three-dimensionality despite its slender 20mm width.

Another characteristic is that it's not braided too tightly; each weave has a comfortable amount of slack.

This not only creates a natural look for the mesh but also allows the pin to be inserted easily, leading to a comfortable fit.
