Belt size alteration

This product is for those who wish to have their belt resized.

If your desired size is not available, resizing is possible only for smaller sizes. (Example: Resizing a 90cm belt to 75cm)

We will resize belts that are in stock to your desired size (in 5cm increments) for a fee.

* We will undo the stitching at the buckle, cut the belt, and then resize it.

* Resizing usually takes 1-2 weeks.

* Depending on the belt design, we may not be able to meet your request. Please feel free to contact us via 'Contact Us' for a consultation.

Process for resizing 

- If you wish to have your item resized at the time of purchase -

① Please check if the product you wish to have resized is eligible by contacting us via 'Contact Us' with the following information:

・Product name, product number, and color of the item you wish to have resized

・Desired size (Example: 75cm)
※ We request sizes in 5cm increments.

・Customer information (Name, Phone number)
※ Please provide the same customer information as when you place your order.

② We will reply from our STORE (info@comaco.jp) regarding the feasibility of resizing.

③ Add the product you wish to have resized and the 'Belt Resizing' from this page to your cart together. Before checking out, please write 【Resizing Request: ○○cm】 in the notes section of the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

- If you wish to have your item resized after purchase -

① Please contact us via 'Contact Us' with the following information:

・Name and phone number at the time of order

・Order number (If you don't know your order number, please provide the approximate purchase date)
※ If you purchased multiple items around the same time, please specify the [Product Name] or [Belt Features] of the item you wish to have resized.

・Desired size (Example: 75cm or 5cm cut)
※ We request sizes in 5cm increments.

② We will reply from our STORE (info@comaco.jp).

③ Please send the item you wish to have resized to our STORE. (Shipping costs will be borne by the customer)

④ Item arrives at our STORE → Inspection → Resizing (commissioned to a specialized domestic company) → Resizing completed

⑤ We will notify you when the resizing is complete, so please add 'Belt Resizing' from this page to your cart and proceed to checkout. (+ Shipping fee 700 yen)

⑥ After confirming payment, we will send the item to your specified address.

Eligible products and notes

Depending on the belt design and your desired size, some products may not be eligible for resizing.
Customers who wish to have their item 'resized' must contact us via 'Contact Us' to inquire about eligibility.

・Please note that if you order '[Resizing]' together with an ineligible product, only the '[Resizing]' will be canceled.

・'<Belt Resizing>' is only available for FATTORIA del CUOIO belts purchased from our STORE.

・If the length to be resized is short, the original buckle holes may remain on the folded back side.

・Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for resized products for any reason.
