■ Final shipments of the year
Shipments for the year will be processed for orders placed up to December 26, 2025 (Friday).
Orders placed from December 27 (Saturday) onwards will be shipped from January 5, 2026 (Monday), after the holidays.

■ Customer Support (Inquiries)
Please note that our customer support services will be closed from December 27, 2025 (Saturday) to January 4, 2026 (Sunday).
Inquiries received during this period will be answered sequentially starting from January 5, 2026 (Monday).

※Orders will still be accepted at any time during the holiday period.
